What's in a course?
The course price includes at least five step-by-step member-only access
videos and a printable handy sheet to download. This will include icing
recipes and advice on tools and of course health and safety where
relevant.
All courses (1-10 see the Course Outlines for details) include access to the members-only Facebook group for that course. I will answer any questions you may have by posting responses on the Wall or in the FAQ Notes page. You can also ask questions of other members at any time, trouble shooting any problems and sharing handy hints. And of course, I'd love to see your results - so post your own work sharing your creations on the Wall.
In contrast with location based classes often starting from upwards of £100 a session, these courses are only £25 but you will need to provide any baking ingredients and materials or tools you need - these will all be introduced in the course and advanced equipment kept to a minimum. I'm afraid you only get a virtual cup of tea but you'll have lots of real 'virtual' friends to chat to in your members only group. I will gladly answer any questions posted or messaged, usually within 24 hours. I will give notice if I expect it to be longer.
Where recipes are given, GLUTEN FREE recipe options available on request.
**PLEASE NOTE!** the online booking & payment system is via PayPal but you do not need a PayPal account to pay! (although I can recommend it). PayPal is also a secure payments system for most credit or debit cards. If you have problems with the booking system, please call me on 07510 889833.
Skill Level
Any level, beginners and upwards with some basic knowledge of baking a sponge cake. Come and see my Facebook Fan page for ideas of what we get up to and what standard of cake decorating you can expect to achieve in the course.

Anyone on Facebook - so from 13 upwards
Course Location
Your computer! You decide where, what time and what date you start. This course is free from parking and petrol prices. You don't need to travel and you can do it in your pyjamas if you'd like! Once you have enrolled, you will receive your log in access to the group. This will enable you to access the members-only videos and the printable sheets to download. your access to the videos remains valid for a minimum of 6 months.
Course Times
You choose! You decide what time and what date you start. If you work nights, you can log on at 2am and view your video if you'd like! You can pause and return to them at any time - so you can view a step at a time, or do it all at once, depending on your schedule. It is designed to be able to complete a course in a morning.
